So it looks like South London is getting more popular! Tom Dyckhoff has described New Cross as "an oyster with a pearl" - success!
In September last year, Peckham was also championed as a good place to move to in The Guardian's "Let's Move To..." online column.
Glad to see that the reputation of South London is slowly but surely changing!
